I’m a Realtor specializing in Central Florida real estate and have been an active Real Estate Agent since 2005 in Florida.   I have been able to help people buy and sell homes, townhouses, condos, mobile homes, and land in Florida.  I was also able to assist people with short sales, foreclosures, and  1031 exchanges involved with their transactions.

Altho I am licensed to sell in all of Florida, my primary focus is  Lady Lake, Florida, and the  Harbor Hills Country Club subdivision (where I have lived for the past 10 years).

Lady Lake is 55 miles from Orlando, 57 miles from Disney World, 5 miles from The Villages, and 24 miles from Ocala, Florida.  There are many things to see and do in this area of Florida and of course, the beautiful weather is also a bonus to living here.
